Terms and Conditions

Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms set out the rules for using Reimagine Ventures automation software. They are written to be read, not to trap you — the short version is: your data stays yours, you are responsible for what your automations do, and our liability is capped.

01Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of the software, websites and services provided by Reimagine Ventures (“we”, “us” or “the Service”). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by them.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms, and “you” then refers to that organisation.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

02Your account

You must keep your account credentials secure and you are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@reimagineventure.com if you believe access to your account has been compromised.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service, and you must be at least 18 years old.

We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these terms, in a way that risks our systems or other customers, or where payment is not made.

03Using the Service

The Service lets you connect your own tools and data sources, design automation pipelines, and run them. You decide what your pipelines do and what data they touch.

You are responsible for the data you send through the Service, for having the rights and consents needed to process it, and for the results your automations produce.

You agree not to use the Service to do anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, including to send unsolicited bulk messages, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other systems, to reverse engineer or copy the Service, or to overload or disrupt it.

04Third-party tools and integrations

The Service connects to software you already use. Each of those tools has its own terms, and your use of them stays governed by those terms.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, changes, or how they handle your data. Where an integration is unavailable or changes its behaviour, your pipelines may fail or produce different results.

You are responsible for keeping any credentials, API keys and permissions you give us current and correctly scoped.

05Plans, fees and billing

Free plans are provided without charge and without a commitment. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as shown at checkout, and prices are shown in the currency and form stated on the pricing page.

Unless a different period is agreed in writing, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the current term ends.

Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires it or where we have agreed otherwise. We may change our prices with reasonable notice, which takes effect from your next renewal.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges that apply to your purchase beyond the fees we charge.

06Your content and your data

You keep all rights to the data, documents, pipeline definitions and other material you provide to the Service (“your content”). We do not claim ownership of it.

You give us a limited permission to host, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service you have asked for. We do not sell your content.

You are responsible for making sure you hold the rights needed to provide your content to us and to process it as your pipelines direct.

07Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including the software, interface, design and our name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

We may use aggregated, de-identified information about how the Service is used to operate and improve it.

08Support, availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running and to respond to support requests from the address shown on the site, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation except where a specific availability commitment has been agreed with you in writing.

We may update, add to or withdraw parts of the Service as we develop it. Where a change materially reduces what you already pay for, we will give you reasonable notice.

You can export your pipeline definitions and run history, and everything is reachable through our API, so you are not locked in.

09Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no other warranties, whether express or implied, including about fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, or freedom from errors or interruptions.

Automations can fail, produce incorrect output, or act on stale information. You are responsible for reviewing the results your pipelines produce before relying on them.

10Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Our total liability for anything arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and do not affect statutory rights you cannot contract out of.

11Indemnity

To the extent lawful, you will defend and reimburse us for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms, from your content, or from your breach of a third party's terms or rights.

12Ending the agreement

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or end access as described in section 2, or where continuing to provide the Service is not reasonably practicable.

On ending, your right to use the Service stops immediately. Sections on your content and data, our intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and these general provisions continue to apply.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where changes are material we will tell you in a reasonable way, such as by email or a notice in the Service, and the updated date at the top of this page will change.

Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them. If you do not, stop using the Service.

14General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy at /privacy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues in effect.

If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events genuinely outside its control.

You may not assign this agreement without our written consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of West Bengal, India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise where you live.
