We collect the least we can, use it only to run the automation you asked for, never sell it, and never train general models on your content. Here is the full detail.
01Who we are and what this covers
Reimagine Ventures (“we”, “us”) provides automation software that connects the tools and data sources you choose and runs pipelines you design. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
It applies to our website, our application and the Service itself. Where you use the Service to process data about your own customers, employees or other people, we act as your processor and you are the controller of that data.
This policy does not cover third-party tools you connect to the Service. Those have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to read.
02The data we collect
Account and contact data: your name, work email address, role, company name and billing details when you sign up, subscribe or contact us.
Pipeline configuration: the automation definitions you create, including the tools you connect, the steps and conditions you set, and field names used to wire them together.
Run data: the records that pass through your pipelines while they execute, plus statuses, timings, error messages and run history.
Credentials and secrets: API keys, tokens and connection details you supply so we can reach your tools. These are held in a scoped vault and are shown back to you only where the connected tool allows it.
Technical and usage data: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, features used and diagnostic logs generated when something runs or fails.
Communications: messages you send us by email or in-product, and any support correspondence.
We do not deliberately collect special category data such as health, biometric or political information. If your pipelines carry it, tell us so we can apply the right safeguards.
03Why we use it
To provide the Service: creating and securing your account, running your pipelines, storing configuration and run history, and showing you results.
To operate commercially: billing, subscription management, fraud prevention, and answering questions you send us.
To keep it safe: monitoring for abuse, investigating incidents, applying rate limits, and protecting our systems and other customers.
To maintain the Service: diagnosing faults, reproducing errors, and measuring reliability and performance.
To improve it: aggregated and de-identified analysis of how features are used, and occasional product announcements to existing customers where lawful.
We do not use your content to train general-purpose machine-learning models, and we do not sell your personal data.
04Legal grounds
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (providing, securing and supporting the Service), your consent (for optional cookies and marketing where consent is the appropriate route), our legitimate interests (security, fault diagnosis, service improvement, business communications), and legal obligation (tax, accounting and lawful requests).
05How we share data
With the tools you connect: your pipelines send data to the third-party services you configure, exactly as your automation defines. Those providers act independently once data reaches them.
With service providers who host our infrastructure, store data, process payments, send transactional email, or supply support and analytics tooling. They are bound by contract to use data only to deliver those services.
With professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and buyer-side advisers, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Where we are required or permitted to do so by law, a court, or a competent authority, or to protect rights, safety and property.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for third parties' own advertising.
06Your data in other countries
Your data may be processed and stored outside the country where you are, by us or by our providers. Where that transfer needs safeguards, we put approved contractual protections in place so the same level of protection follows the data.
07How long we keep it
Account and billing data for as long as you hold an account, and afterwards for the period required for tax, audit and legal purposes.
Pipeline configuration for as long as your account exists, so you can restart work when you want.
Run data and logs for a limited window that we set and can adjust for you on request; older runs are aggregated or deleted.
When you close an account we delete or de-identify personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain a copy for legal reasons or to complete a transaction you started.
Backups are rotated on a schedule, so a small amount of data may persist briefly in backup form before it is overwritten.
08Security
We use encryption for data in transit and at rest, credentials are held in a scoped vault with access limited to what a role needs, and access to production systems is logged and restricted.
No system can be made perfectly secure. We work to reduce risk, and if a breach affecting your data occurs we will tell you without undue delay where the law requires it.
You help too: keep your own credentials private, give us the narrowest permissions your automations actually need, and tell us promptly at hello@reimagineventure.com if you suspect anything is wrong.
09Cookies and similar technology
The website uses strictly necessary storage to remember your preferences and keep you signed in, and optional analytics storage to understand which pages and features are used.
You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will stop parts of the site and application from working.
We do not place advertising cookies on our own site.
10Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict some processing, withdraw a consent you gave, or ask us not to use your data for direct marketing.
You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to hello@reimagineventure.com. We will verify your request, respond within the period the law allows, and only charge a fee where a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
If you are a member of your team's account and want your own data handled differently, ask your account owner first; they control most of what we hold about your use.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
11Children
The Service is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we hold data about a child, tell us and we will remove it.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service and the law change. If the changes are material we will tell you in a reasonable way, such as by email or a notice in the Service, and the date at the top of this page will change.
13Contact
Questions, requests or complaints about this policy or about your personal data go to hello@reimagineventure.com, and a human will reply.
